ABC123 Christian Academy: Looking for Director/Preschool Teachers

We are looking for a qualified preschool Director / Teachers with a strong Christian foundation and a minimum of 2 years experience. All state qualifications must be met prior to employment.
Qualifications
Site Director:
(A) 24 ECE units,
3 of which are in administration (Required regardless of degree)
, and at least 4 years teaching experience. (MINIMUM Requirements)
(B) A Child Development Site Supervisor Permit or a Child Development Program. Director Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing or form an accredited university and at least two years teaching experience.
(C) An associate of arts degree from an accredited or approved college or university with a major or emphasis in early childhood education or child development? and at least two years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center or comparable group child care program.
(D) A bachelor's degree from an accredited or approved college or university with a major or emphasis in early childhood education or child development and at least one year of teaching experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group childcare program.
Additionally, Director must have completed a 15 Hour Health and Safety Course and have current CPR and First Aide certification.
Head Teachers:
18 to 24 ECE Units responsible for 12-24 children, 12-18 ECE Units if responsible for 12 children. Or obtained a Child Development Teacher's Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. And at least 6 months teaching experience.
Additionally, One head teacher who will act as a director in the absence of director must have completed a 15 Hour Health and Safety Course and have current CPR and First Aide certification.
Preschool Teachers Assistants:
12 ECE units for all preschool teachers Assistants responsible for 12 children.
Additionally, teacher's assistants must have current CPR and First Aide certification.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
