Qualifications:
Fingerprint clearance Health Screening TB Clearance (Obtained within the last 6 months) Proof of Vaccination for Influenza , Pertussis and Measles U.

Citizen or show eligibility to work in the U.

Must be qualified as a Daycare Director administrator under state and Title 22 requirements - Bachelor Degree, 12 Early Childhood Educations units(Child Growth and Development, Child/ Family /Community , and 6 curriculum units )and 3 Early Childhood Administration units.
(ACSI Accreditation requires an additional 6 early childhood administrations units which may be in progress once hired) Food Handler s Certification CPR/First Aid DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Plan for staff professional development opportunities , i.
e.
, ACSI Early.
Conduct tours of the Daycare Center.
Attain substitute teacher when necessary.
Run Daycare Center office , answer phones with assistance from the office administrator , greet parents and visitors etc.
Prepare parent table and sign-in/out carts with daily relevant information, sign-in sheets etc.
Supervise maintenance of classrooms, playground, and Daycare Center Kitchen.
Prepare monthly parent newsletter with assistance from office administrator and periodic updates/reminders(email blasts, flyers.
) Purchase snack foods and supplies provided to the children at morning snack time.
Plan monthly calendar, snack plan , music & movement, and playgrounds plans.
Order/Purchase Daycare Center office supplies.
Order/Purchase monthly curriculum supplies as requested by teachers and within the working budget.
Organize center events, i.
e.
, class parties , Meet the Teacher Day, Open House or other family days , Christmas Pageants , on-site field trips etc.
Prepare for and lead staff meetings.
Create and supervise implementation of curriculum.
Interview, hire, and train new Daycare Center employees.
Notify center families concerning enrollment process yearly.
Oversee tuition , approve Daycare Center staff payroll hours, and assist with yearly financial budget.
Education And Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree /with 24 core semester units early childhood education/development 6 semester units in administration 3 semester units in Adult supervision Experience in a supervised group Early Child Care PAY:
