1K a year 17 hours ago 17 hours ago 17 hours ago Duties & Responsibilities Investigates physical inventory discrepancies and provides root-cause analysis.
Analyzes and performs all proposed inventory adjustments within the system.
Leads an inventory team of up to 10 hourly associates which includes but isn't limited to team development, training, attendance, & discipline.
Responsible for up to 4 sites, in Southern California & Pennsylvania.
Works with staff to ensure that any inventory moves are being properly recorded and executed.
Reviews the physical inventory count process and ensures inventory accuracy by helping implement and overseeing a successful counting process.
Identifies, maintains, and monitors inventory control methodologies for continuous improvement.
Maintains cycle count schedule assuring accurate and complete count of inventory during cycle counts and year-end inventory.
Ensures wall to wall inventory completion is done monthly.
Measure and track cycle count performance and all other inventory related KPI's.
Assist in any WMS issues or training needed.
Assist in WMS integrations when requested.
Other duties may be assigned by the Director.
Creates processes for new customer transfers and integration, ensuring 100% inventory accountability during transition.
Oversees and maintains item master, to include ti-hi, dims, weight, etc.
Identify incorrect descriptions and stock numbers and removing old or incorrect items from the system.
Directs customer requests, ensuring to follow-up with customers as needed.
Minimal travel required as this is a multi-site responsibility.
Qualifications Leadership requirement of 5-plus years of management experience.
WMS inventory Systems experience required.
Ability to use a computerized inventory control system, where applicable Physical condition commensurate with the duties of the position Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel Job Type:
