$16/hr.

part-time On-site Apartment Manager position available to oversee a multifamily community.
This is a part-time 20 hour per week, Monday to Friday.
The position includes a FREE 3 bedroom apartment at $16/hr.
One of the bedrooms is used as the manager's office.
Some emergency after hour work may be needed for extra pay.
Job duties include customer service for residents, collecting rents, submitting assigned reports to corporate offices, create incident reports, lease violation notices, inspecting units, cleaning the property and overseeing the maintenance employee on site.
Qualifications require computer skills.
Yardi and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software knowledge is highly desirable.
Previous property management experience is required.
Will need a valid driver's license and insurance.
Will need to pass a drug and criminal background tests.
