The Pit Crew has the primary responsibility to deliver GREAT Energy, Speed, and Barbecue.
Dickey's Barbecue Pit strives to deliver great food and great service to every single guest, every single time.
Creating an authentic, memorable, and appetizing barbecue experience for each of our guests.
What will you do:
As a Pit Crew member your role could be but not limited to cashier, utility, block assist and drive thru operations.
The Pit Crew member must obtain excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain all Dickey's policies and procedures.
This includes cooking, cleaning, and interacting with our guests.
