Job duties include:
inspecting vacant properties writing up inspection reports posting notices to tenants determining tenant deposit charges annual inspections & walkthroughs with tenants office/admin work Our ideal individual must be able to work in a faced-paced manner with great customer service and be able to engage with all types of personalities.
Attention to detail is a must and proficient in basic technology.
The position has room for growth with a real estate license.
Requirements To Work:
clean driving record open availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm customer service experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
