We provide the High Desert with the landscaping and gardening material.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team who have the knowledge and drive to help us continue to grow and serve our High Desert Community.
We are filling part time positions and offer flexible hours.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities (subject to change):
- Customer service - General maintenance of Nursery and Rock Yard - Watering perishable inventory - Knowledgeable about plants and chemicals - Develop sales skills and following up with customers - Tractor Experience - to load customers, move material, etc.
- Forklift Experience - to move inventory and unload deliveries, etc.
- Loading customers purchases into their vehicles (must be able to minimally lift 50lbs) - more duties to be discussed at time of interview.
You will be working with customers on a daily basis, Customer Service skills are very important! Prior Work Experience is highly desirable in related fields.
We are looking for someone with previous experience and has horticulture knowledge.
Knowledge of California horticulture and having the ability to communicate clearly with customers and assist in their purchases is key.
Bi-lingual in Spanish / English is desirable.
Flexible Schedule - we have morning and evening shifts we are looking to fill.
