Grace & Co. manufactures Vydac Media and Paramagnetic Silica for use in testing instruments used in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This position plays a key leadership role in the plant management team and will be responsible for overall plant quality.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the quality control and assurance organization.  Lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the site's management systems to meet ISO 9001 and cGMP IPEC requirements.  Lead the overall improvement of our quality programs to improve product quality, customer complaints, supplier management, and the effective deployment of our management systems into the organization. Lead the internal audit, supplier management and training process as well as playing a lead role in engaging the plant technical and supervisory team in proper use of nonconformance review, corrective and preventative action, and root cause analyses.  Be part of the site's Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, product quality, on time shipment, customer complaints, and costs. Provide necessary coaching and training for the site in quality management systems. Be active in building and improving the various management systems and infrastructure to grow the Separations business. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
